Description
AHT10 is a temperature and humidity sensor with high accuracy, complete calibration, patch packaging, and the fabrication process of the MEMS to ensure that the product has high reliability and excellent long-term stability.
The sensor consists of a capacitive humidity sensor connected to a high performance CMOS microprocessor.
