Installation Notes
Connect one end of the cable to the corresponding interface of the computer and one end to the communication port of the card reader.
Once connected to the PC, it will begin to recognize the device and begin to configure it, a small window will appear that will say “Device configuration.”
We wait a moment until the driver is installed correctly since the driver has just been installed, a message will appear stating that the device is ready to use.
The card reader will beep and the LED will turn red.
To verify its operation you can open a document, be it a blog of notes or an Excel document.
Then slide the card into the reader and it will beep and change the color of the LED to green for a moment and return to red.
Precautions
The card reader is installed in a location convenient for card swiping operations, while avoiding being close to the screen, as radiation from the screen may interfere with the normal operation of the card reader.
Avoid approaching large area metal objects (especially the left side of the metal structure), otherwise the card reading distance will be short or even the card will not be read.
The length of the communication cable between the card reader and the computer should be less than 15 meters.
No response when swiping the card
whether the interface is inserted correctly, whether the RF card is a compatible RFID card, whether the RF card is broken, whether another RF card is in the reading range of the card.
Transmission data error
If the card is read in an environment of strong electromagnetic field interference, if the communication cable between the card reader and the computer is too long.
