ESP-07 – WiFi module with ESP8266 and SMainsign Rainsun antenna
Description
ESP-07 is a WiFi module working in WiFi 802.11 b / g / n standards based on the ESP8266 system.
WiFi 802.11 b/g/n module with ESP8266 system, 16 terminals are available with a 2 mm pitch with the possibility of soldering gold pins, there are 9 GPIO lines and 1 ADC line on the connector.
Built-in ceramic antenna and U.FL antenna connector. ESP-07
The module is equipped with a built-in ceramic antenna and U.FL connector to connect an external antenna.
ESP8266 Serial WIFI Module (ESP-07) is a cheap and easy way to connect any small microcontroller platform, like Arduino, wirelessly to Internet.
ESP8266 has powerful on-board processing and storage capabilities that allow it to be integrated with the sensors and other application specific devices through its GPIOs with minimal development up-front and minimal loading during runtime.
ESP8266 Serial WIFI Module (ESP-07) is addressable over SPI and UART, making this an exceptionally easy choice for anyone wanting to build an Internet of Things thing.
Pins arrangement
TXD / RXD – UART interface lines
GND – mass
VCC – 3.3 V power supply
CH_PD – Power down line, after attaching GND, the module goes into sleep mode.
ADC – ADC line
REST – Reset
GPIOx – GPIO module lines
Attention!
Entering the CH_PD 3.3 V line and GND line to the GPIO15 line starts the module software update mode.
