How does the XH-M214 humidity sensor work?
This device has three buttons to configure our device (SET, +/button and -/button)
The configurations are:
F0 (to enter this mode just press SET)
Humidity configuration
the values ​​that will be displayed are percentages, that is, we will set if we want 50% or 80% humidity and start turning on the valve; since if it is not at this humidity percentage the valve will be activated.
F1 (to enter this mode press SET and +/button)
Time period
once the irrigation has stopped, a percentage is placed in this section where the sensor will detect how dry the soil is; this to be able to activate the valve again.
F2 (to enter this mode press SET and +/button twice , if you want to go back press the -/button )
Calibration
we will set how accurate we require the irrigation and humidity measurement to be, they are only values ​​between 0.1 and -1.
When the humidity is below the set value start pump, when the humidity reaches the set value to stop watering. Sensor values ​​range from 0 to 99, dry to saturated respectively.
