The 3 Series 40A 18650 Lithium Battery Protection Board 11.1V 12.6V with Balance for Drill Motor Lipo Cell Module comes with recovery function-AUTO Recovery and Integrated 10 low load resistance MOS tube.
It provides a continuous discharge of 40A, 100mA balanced current, for electric drill/sprayer/LED lights/low power inverter. (if the cooling environment is not good, please reduce the load current use).
The Scope of Nominal voltage of 3.6V, 3.7V lithium battery (including 18650,26650, a polymer lithium battery) where Charging voltage can be range between 16.8V to 18.1V The board operates smoothly with Continuous charge current of (upper limit): 20A. The balanced version is suitable for starting current below 80A, power 135W below the drill (with balance).
The Board comes in a size of approx. 46 x 60 x 3.4 mm which can be easily installed in a compact size or on battery bundle itself.

Precautions
1.Strictly according to the diagram wiring: 0V/4.2V/8.4V/12.6V,Otherwise it will cause damage to the chip.
2.After connection, it need to first charge activation, then will have the output.
Attention
Do not mix the good battery and poor battery to use.
The internal resistance of 3 battery capacity are closer will be better.

Note : more than 3A current discharge products rate is more than 3C Ratio calculation formula : 1C rate of the battery , 2000 capacity is equal to 2AH 1 2A maximum working current . 3C ratio battery , 2000 capacity is equal to 2AH * 3 = 6A maximum working current . In use battery heats is ratio is not applicable to , this kind of situatic can’t use for a long time , the battery will soon be damaged

Note 1 : after connected line need to recharge , just can have output
Note 2 : 3 series battery , please make sure that each set of battery voltage , if not , please separate with each set of batteries in series . Discharge test , the battery voltage drops quickly is a bad battery .
Note : don’t put the good cells and in bad ! Three groups of battery capacity / internal resistance as close as possible ! ( 2 + 1 good battery , the use effect of poor battery = the use effect of three bad battery )
The Successful start of the drill requires a three 15C-20C power battery, or six 10C-15C power battery (ordinary 18650 cannot start the drill!!).
Strictly according to map wiring 0V, 4.2V, 8.4V, 12.6V, 16.8V, do not deliberately short circuit.
When the load of the brush motor is used, try to connect a non-polar capacitor (withstand voltage above25V, capacity 10uF-100uF) to the motor’s positive and negative terminals to prevent the reverse spike from the motor. Break the MOS tube.
4 groups of batteries in series, please ensure that the voltage of each group of batteries, if not the same, please fill each battery separately and then use it in series.
The Discharge test, the voltage drop faster battery that group is a poor battery.
Precautions
1. Pay attention to the input and output voltage and load current, do not use more than the power of the module and cause it to burn.
2. This module has an anti-static protection circuit, please do not touch it with your hands when working on the module to avoid damaging it.
