2. function
This product is used to convert DA Voltage or Direct Voltage (output of ARM system, single chip system, PLC system, direct current regulated voltage system) to standard voltage of 4-20mA, it can be applied in driving transducers, servo motors, etc.
The output signal effectively prevents signal attenuation or nonlinear constant current changes caused by the resistance wire pressure drop during transportation, so as to improve reliability and stability.
calibration
This product is under calibration when packaged.
please follow the instructions below to calibrate Zero and Full Scale if recalibration is required.
(1)Zero Calibration
adjust the control voltage to 0V and adjust the zero calibration potentiometer to get an output current of 4mA.
You can fix the potentiometer knob with adhesive.
(2)Full-scale calibration
adjust the control voltage to the required full-scale voltage (e.g. 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V, 10V) andadjust the full scale calibration potentiometer to get a current 20mA output.
The current output indicator light gets bright during adjustment.
You can fix the potentiometer knob with adhesive.
(3)After calibration
if you find the control output voltage is 0V but the current is not 4mA, you must repeat the calibration process.
